SocaFit Inc. is Edmonton's leading Caribbean dance, fitness, and entertainment company. With our services, we strive to provide education through movement and music of various Caribbean islands.
For this year's Cariwest Opening Ceremony, it is important to us that all generations are represented.
From 8 to 108, WE NEED YOU!
No experience is needed. We want to use this opportunity for you to learn, reconnect, remember.
We are creating a truly intergenerational experience, bringing children, youth, adults, parents, grandparents, and elders together through dance, drumming, and stilt walking.

We know, traditional cardio can be boring. You know what isn't boring? Moving to Soca Music with like minded individuals who all have the same goal in mind! The beauty of our Dance Fitness class is that you will enjoy the work you put in because the VIBES ARE RIGHT!
